Hello.

My name is Chloe. I'd love to help you take your next steps in life more confidently.

You are, and always will be, the captain of your own ship as you sail through life. As your coach, I'll climb up into the crow's nest, point out the things you can't see from your vantage point, and help you determine how to navigate the open seas of life more efficiently. We'll work together to generate clarity, behavior changes, and action plans that finally feel doable instead of burdensome.

About Me.

My passion is helping people grow positively and develop a more fulfilling life. I believe that everyone deserves to have a balanced life that is filled with joy and clarity. As an ICF Certified Coach, I provide a safe and caring space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and ideas. With my approach, I use powerful questioning, mindfulness, evidence-based techniques, and other coaching tools to lead clients through a powerful self-discovery process. Although I work with clients from all walks of life, I specialize in helping high achievers overcome challenges such as burnout, people-pleasing, perfectionism, self-compassion, communication, and boundary setting. I help clients achieve their goals by amplifying their self-awareness, practicing new skills, focusing on mindset shifts, and crafting personal commitments that feel achievable, not overwhelming. I'm excited to support your evolution and cheer you along every step of the way!

"Working with Chloe for the last several years has been eye-opening. She allowed me to gain great insights that have changed my life for the better. I feel much more accomplished and have achieved more in the last year than I would have imagined. She’s simply put: brilliant."

  • My original degree is in Elementary Education. I enrolled in a competitive program at Florida State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 3 years. As a teacher, my first few years in the workforce were spent hanging out with first and fourth graders.

  • I also have career experience in Corporate Learning and Development -  I had to wear many different hats while working in this space, so I am an L&D Pro!

  • I currently hold a PCC Certification through the ICF (International Coaching Federation). ICF Coaches are known as some of the most ethical coaches in the industry due to the ICF being one of the most trusted and credible certification entities in the coaching space. Click here to read more about this professional milestone.

  • I've been interviewed by ShoutoutAtlanta (click to read), Bold Journey (click to read), and CanvasRebel (latest article, click to read), allowing me to share my story and helpful information about the coaching industry.

  • When I say that I've coached tons of people (all ages, all walks of life, from many different countries), I mean it! For example, in 2022 alone, I hosted over 750 one-on-one coaching sessions with over 100 unique coaching clients across the country. At this point, I have coached well over 300 unique individuals.

  • My coaching style often places a heavy focus on mindset work. I also love to help clients focus on their values while maximizing how they use their skills and talents.

  • I love learning about all things related to mental health and neuroscience! I'm honestly a nerd in general and I consider myself a lifelong learner (yes - I'm one of those people who Googles every little question they have).

  • My personality has been described as warm, compassionate, and goofy.

  • I am easily won over by a good slice of pizza (I'll take a NY slice over a Chicago slice despite being born in the windy city).

  • When it comes to hobbies and entertainment, I most enjoy spending time with my husband and my cat (don't worry - I still love dogs, too). I also love being outside, hiking, yoga, going to the beach, roller skating, and just relaxing. I'm a big fan of Sci-Fi (like Star Wars), fantasy (like Harry Potter), and RuPaul's Drag Race (honestly, I'm a bit of a Drag Race super fan...).

  • I've been told several times that I'm an "old soul" - I think this largely has to do with the fact that I've had an autoimmune disease since childhood. This gives me a unique perspective that I use to help clients (especially those with chronic illnesses) make action plans that account for the unexpected and are sustainable in the long run.

  • I value trust, honesty, and candor above all else, so I will always do my best to bring my authentic self to the table when interacting with you.
