My Corporate Services

2025-09-14-Chloe-Mackey-075-edit (1).jpg

Corporate teams don't struggle because people aren't trying hard enough. They struggle because the systems around people - how leaders communicate, how new hires are brought in, how development actually gets delivered - are built for someone else's organization, or perhaps they were built a long time ago. That's the work I do.

Over the past decade, I've partnered with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to early-stage startups to build L&D programs, coach leaders at every level, and design the kind of training that people actually use after the workshop ends. I hold an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential and have worked with 400+ individuals across industries, functions, and career stages - from interns to C-suite executives.

A few examples of what that's looked like in practice: At Chewy, I designed their first remote onboarding program from scratch, onboarding 200+ employees during a period when most organizations were still figuring out how to run a Zoom call. I also built and ran a mentorship program for women in tech that reached over 120 employees. At Lyra Health and Activate 180, I delivered coaching inside enterprise mental health and leadership platforms, working with clients from global consumer brands including Unilever. More recently, at Pinnacle - an AI-native coaching startup - I coached 100+ leaders while contributing to product development and leading prompt engineering for the platform itself. It's a combination of skills that's pretty unique if I say so myself! Someone who has built L&D from the inside and understands how the tools work, not just how to use them.

My instructional design background - which many coaches don't have - means I don't just facilitate a session and leave. I can build the program, run it, and hand your team something they can sustain.

If any of the three offerings below feel like what you're looking for, the best next step is a conversation.

1

Corporate Coaching or Consulting Session

Sometimes the clearest next step is a focused conversation with someone who has no stake in the politics and no agenda beyond helping you think clearly.

Corporate leaders use these sessions to work through situations where they need experienced, unbiased perspective - not a committee, not a consultant with a six-month engagement, just a sharp hour that ends with a real plan.

Common topics include but aren't limited to:

  • Employee development and onboarding - building systems that actually set people up

  • Leadership and management - navigating difficult conversations and hard decisions

  • Team dynamics and culture - diagnosing what's not working and why

  • Strategic planning and goal setting - moving from direction to concrete next steps

  • Career transitions and role changes - handling shifts without losing the team's trust

I'll take time to understand the situation fully before we get into it. You'll leave with clarity and a specific action plan, not a list of things to think about.

Design of Your Corporate Learning Program or Workshop

Most training doesn't stick because it wasn't built for the team sitting in the room. I design programs from scratch around your people, your culture, and the specific problem you're trying to solve - then I can facilitate them too, OR hand you something your internal team can run - you get to pick what works best for your needs and budget!

My instructional design background means the deliverable isn't just a deck. It's a complete, repeatable program.

Topics I've built and facilitated for organizations include:

  • Leadership development - building capable leaders at every level, not just the top

  • Team communication and collaboration - the kind that actually changes how people work together

  • Onboarding and culture integration - setting new hires up so they stay

  • Professional development workshops - skills training built around your actual gaps

  • Change management - helping teams move through transitions without losing momentum

Facilitation is available on request for any of the above.

Speaking Arrangements & Panels

If you're looking for a keynote speaker, panelist, or judge, then look no further. You've found a professional who can bring wisdom, authenticity, and a sprinke of fun to the table, all at the same time. I'll deliver a talk that's built around your audience, not a recycled version of one I've given before.

My background runs from education and corporate L&D to executive coaching and hands-on AI product work - so the talk is grounded in what's actually happening out there!

Topics I speak on include but aren't limited to:

  • Leadership development and authenticity - leading well without performing someone else's version of it

  • Burnout and resilience - practical strategies for high performers who are running low

  • Building inclusive workplace culture - from mentorship programs to everyday team dynamics

  • Remote and hybrid team success - built on firsthand experience onboarding 200+ employees remotely

  • Anything else you would like me to speak to, within reason. :)
